Maple Bourbon Glazed Bacon

We handcraft our bacon with freshly cracked black pepper and the finest Georgia's Bourbon. We have partnered with Thirteenth Colonies Distributors in Americus, Georgia as our sole supplier of bourbon. You can follow this link to experience their award-winning bourbon. Thirteenth Colony Southern Bourbon is recognized for winning multiple Double-Gold awards. It boasts a smooth, well-rounded flavor with a slightly sweet finish. It’s worth drinking slow. Aged to taste, not to time. Barrels selected between 4 to 6 years old.

 We use 4 ounces of tasty bourbon for every pound of bacon produced. We soak the bourbon in to this bacon to make it a true savory and smokey treat. We then use applewood smoke, premium heritage bacon, imported spices to produce a mouthwatering and delicious tasting favorite. All of our bacon is vacuum sealed for freshness and convenience, making it easy to enjoy at home or on the go.
